Man's Death Ruled a Suicide

LAKELAND | A 44-year-old man's death has been ruled a suicide by hanging, according to the Polk County Medical Examiner's Office. David Buchanan Fennell Jr. was found dead Aug. 16 at his home in northwest Lakeland, the office said.
