Lawyer for Girl's Relatives Quits

The lawyer for the parents of a Florida woman charged with the murder of her 3-year-old daughter has quit, saying only the jailed mother knows the truth.

Mark NeJame suggested in a statement Thursday some disagreements with the Anthonys and that there's little more he could do to help them find their granddaughter, Caylee.
Their daughter, Casey Anthony, is awaiting a January trial. Caylee disappeared in June but her body has not been found.
